Kimberly, born and raised  in Galveston County, began her professional career in the aerospace industry where she worked with executive leadership, astronauts, and even had the privilege of meeting space pioneers such as Gene Cernan and Buzz Aldrin.

Kimberly’s high energy, enthusiasm for life, and innate desire to help others led her to real estate sales in 2003.  She launched her career with RE/MAX Space Center and won the Rookie of the Year award in 2004.  Kimberly’s dedication and drive quickly propelled her to top producer status, and she continued setting personal and company production records annually.  She soon became a top selling Realtor® in the Greater Houston Area as noted by the Houston Business Journal, and one of the top listing & selling agents in Galveston County.

In 2012, she expanded her business to a team model, and quickly grew the Kimberly Harding Group to a top team in both the Houston and Galveston areas.  In April of 2015, Kimberly and her husband, Beau, purchased and launched their own franchise - RE/MAX Synergy, located in League City, Texas.

In her rare downtime, Kimberly loves spending time with her family and friends outdoors. Fishing, boating, scuba diving, hunting and traveling are some of her favorite hobbies.  Kimberly and Beau will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in 2016.  They are parents to identical twin boys, Taylor and Tyler, who after graduating from Texas Tech University, plan to join RE/MAX Synergy and continue the raising the bar for service provided to clients with real estate needs.

Beau is a native Texan from Galveston County and current Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Synergy in League City.  With 10 year’s experience, Beau is acting Broker Manager of RE/MAX Synergy and knowledgeable in Texas real estate management and brokerage procedures.  As an ICU RN in his former career, Beau offers attention to detail in daily office policies and practices, assisting Realtors with growing their business and providing excellent customer service through the latest real estate technology and tools.
