About Kimberly Harding

With over ten years of experience in the Aerospace Industry as an Executive Assistant at Lockheed Martin and Spacehab, Inc., Kimberly Harding had the opportunity to work alongside astronauts Gene Cernan, Mike Lounge, and Dr. Bernard Harris. This experience reinforced her belief in the power of education, a commitment that continues to drive her success in real estate today. Kimberly has earned her Texas Real Estate Broker’s license in addition to the prestigious Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) advanced professional designation. Conferred by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the GRI designation is awarded to REALTORS® who have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate. The program emphasizes practical real estate training, including over 90 hours of coursework in real estate law, servicing listed properties, and marketing.

Today, with over two decades of experience serving clients in Greater League City, Clear Lake and Galveston County, and an adept understanding of the intricacies of the local real estate market, Kimberly Harding uses her experience to provide expert real estate solutions for clients seeking guidance. Kimberly's profound knowledge has consistently helped families and individuals with all their property needs, whether buying, selling or leasing. Kimberly Harding Group, established in 2003, is led by Kimberly Harding, a dedicated broker, team leader and owner. Her commitment to offering personalized services ensures clients receive tailored advice and strategic insights, allowing them to navigate their real estate decisions with confidence.

As a native to Galveston/Houston Texas, Kimberly has been fortunate to help families in her hometown and local community for 20+ years! After building her brand in 2003 and growing her business extensively in a few short years, Kimberly obtained her broker's license and purchased a RE/MAX Franchise in 2015 along with her husband Beau, who also has a broker's license. Kimberly's lifetime production as of 2025 is approximately 2,800 properties for $800-million in sales, with a certified designation in luxury real estate. She is passionately involved in the League City Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Bay Area Houston Economic Development Committee and other local community foundations.

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys fishing Galveston Bay, boating on Clear Lake, hunting South Texas and spending time with her family and husband/business partner of 34-years! Beau and Kimberly are proud parents of twin sons, Taylor and Tyler, who recently joined their family business, and are also blessed grandparents to Jaxon and Vera Raye.
